These terms and conditions ("Terms or Terms of Use") apply to all services either the Socially website and / or any apps associated with our digital services. In these Terms references to "Socially", "we", "us" and "our" are references to Socially as a service. We may revise these terms occasionally, however, the most up to date version of the terms will always be available on the website and / or any apps that are our services. By using our services you agree to these circumstances and agree to continue to monitor any changes that may take effect for you own interest.

1.0 These Terms represent a documented agreement between you and Socially as a service. It is to your attention that the Terms of this agreement insure the correct and responsible use of Socially digital services and / or products for any user.

1.1 By using the Socially services you agree and accept to comply with the terms, details and guidance within this document.
1.2 You have read and understood these Terms and are to be bound by these Terms to comply using the Socially services as expected without any misuse and unexpected use.
1.3 If by any means you don't agree with how any use of Socially services are expected in this document, then you must not access or use any Socially services. This includes all services direct or linked to Socially, such as websites current or future apps.

Images, sound and Media

1.4 You agree to use and upload images that by no means represent offensive or inappropiate visual or audio media. It is expected by us for you to comply with proper and professional use of our services. This also includes using respectful wording and naming conventions, as well as images added to content.

Payments and Pricing

1.5 You agree to use the payment section of any digital services correctly using an authorised payment method that is not associated to any fraud or payment misuse eg. crime related activities. Our payment processing service (Stripe) holds any right to terminate or decline your payment at any time.

1.6 Pricing for addons, subscriptions and or any future payment plans may vary at any time, you agree to comply with any changes in this case.

Accounts

1.7 If you sign up and create an account, you agree to protect your sign in credentials such as any email, username or passwords used. If you share your sign in details with any person, people or third party you agree to take full responsibility for any consequences that may occur due to this. For example any payment information saved or purchases made with your account may be out of your control. We advise you take caution with your sign in credentials to prevent any misuse.

1.8 We reserve the right to delete your account at any time if it seems like you are misuing your account for harmful or inappropiate behaviour. For example uploading, saving and generating offensive or inappropiate media or wording is a violation and will count as misuse. However, in most cases we may contact you initially in such circumstances to resolve any issues to prevent account deletion.
